Sound Bath Healing uses a gong and singing bowls to fill the space with vibrations that relax and heal the mind, body, and spirit.
The frequencies promote a meditative state that allows the body to rebalance and release.
Benefits include: lowering stress and anxiety, lowering blood pressure, improving chronic pain, reducing anger, and improving sleep.
This is a cozy class. Bring a Yoga mat, blanket, bolster or pillow to place under the legs. Eye cover or mask are also good options to bring.
