Looking for a fun, low-impact way to stay active this summer? Join us for Pool-aties at Hubbard Park Pool!
Water Pilates uses the natural buoyancy and resistance of the water to help improve balance, strengthen your core, increase flexibility, and reduce stress on your joints. It's perfect for all ages and fitness levels.
When: Tuesdays
Time: 5:30 PM
Cost: $10 per class (Pool pass required)
Each session includes a 45-minute Water Pilates class followed by a 10-minute floating meditation.
